This library is located in Manyatta estate on the outskirts of Kisumu town.

The library is open from 8 am - 5 pm on weekdays and 9 am - 6 pm on Saturdays.

The library is open to the public for free.

The library acts as a community center that encourages youth empowerment programs.

The collection is based on course books on business, and science. The library can accomodate 50 patrons.
