This library is located in Seme in Kisumu County.

The library is open from 8 am - 5 pm on weekdays and 9 am - 6 pm on Saturdays.

The library is selectively open to the public for free. The collection is based on course books on business, science, social sciences, and e-resources namely a Nation and Standard e-newspaper subscription.

They have few computers with internet access but no braille collection.

The library has an accessible ramp. The library can accommodate 100 patrons.
