This library is located in Lodwar Town, adjacent to the firestation on Lodwar - Kitale Highway.

The library is open from 8am - 5pm on weekdays and 9am - 6pm on Saturday.

The library is selectively open to the public and with 100/- daily access fee.

The collection is based on course books on business, science, social sciences and e-resources namely a Nation and Standard e-newspaper subscription.

They have computers with internet access but no braille collection.

The library has an accessible ramp and lavatorie and its a big space that can accomodate 300 patrons.
