This library is located in Kabarnet Town adjacent to Governors Office. The library is open to public with 50/- access fee. The collection is based on agriculture, research, course books, newspapers, eco-farming books revision books, story books, novels. The library has computers with internet. The library can take 35 patrons. The library has braille books and JAWS with PWD access. The library has a big compound and have various programs like the garden which trains on eco-farming and kitchen gardening with practical lessons. The library has indeginous and exotic trees. This library shares a compound with the National Museums of Kenya and serves county officials.
