This library is located in Kitale National Museum, in Kitale Town along Kitale-Eldoret Highway.

The library is open from 8am - 5pm on weekdays at a fee.

The collection is based on history books, anthropolgy, encyclopedias and a vast collection of school books and an archive with a photograph collection even with CD with speeches from Jaramogi Oginga Odinga and Masinde Muliro.

This library has no computers or internet access.

There is no PWD collection but there is ample PWD access.

This library takes 20 patrons and it has inadequate furniture.
