This library is administered under Kisii County Government in Ogembo town opposite Gucha Sub-county referral hospital.

This is a new library open in 2022 that is open to students.

This library has 2 floors with a collection composed of novels, high school and primary school books since they mostly serve students.

There are no computers or WiFi access.

There is a children section with toys to keep them engaged and a ramp for PWD access.
