This library is located in Ndhiwa Town in the KMTC Building on the top floor.

This library is open to the public with a junior, adult and ICT section. The library is open from 8:30 am - 5 pm on weekdays and closed on weekends.

The library's collection is composed of text books, novels, revision books, reference books and teachers guide books.

There are 11 computers with internet access for the staff and users.

This library can accommodate 100 patrons with no access to PWD users.

The library has a mobile library program and works with 16 local schools with metal boxes full of books that they circulate weekly.
