This library is located on the Sirare/Isibania border near Nuru International.

The library was founded by Prof. Mohochi. It's a new library that is open to the public for free.

The library can accommodate over 100 users. The library is open from 8 am - 5 pm on weekdays and from 9 am - 1 pm on weekends.

The collection is based on academic, research, reference books, fiction books, story books, and novels.

The library has 8 computers with no internet access but supplements this with a digital collection. The library has limited PWD access.
