This library is located near Meru Show Grounds 5km from Meru-Makutano Town. It is an institutional library that accomodate 700 users. This library is open to the public at a fee of 2,000 KES monthly subscription.

The library's collection is based on the academic books, newspapers, novels and no digital collection. The library has computers and WiFi but it doesn't have e-resource access. There is PWD access to all floors. The library is open from 8am-9pm on weekdays & 8am-5pm on Saturdays & Sundays from 8am-1pm.
