This is the largest library in Busia County. It was founded in August, 2012. The library opens from 8am - 6pm on weekdays and from 10am - 6pm on Saturday. The library can accomodate 200 users at a go, its always busy since it works with local schools. The books are mostly story books, course books, newspapers. They have e-learning challenges but they host the Ajira program. There are 2 computers with internet access with PWD access and 80 wheel chairs.
