This library is located in Kimilili Town, near the Catholic Church in Kimilili.

The library is open from 8 am - 6:30 pm on weekdays and from 8:30 am -5 pm on Saturdays. 

This library was founded by Mukhisa Kituyi and then handed over to KNLS. The library is open to the public at a KES 20/- fee.

The library has an accessible ramp and a braille collection. The collection is composed of reference books, braille books, fiction, e-readers, newspapers, and e-journals with computers with internet access.

The library sustains itself through donations from the community and book purchases. The library is divided into junior and adult section and it can hold 70 patrons.
