The library is located in Wajir Town, near Jamia Mosque.

Open 8-6pm on weekdays and 8-5:30pm. Open to public and with 50/- access fee.

Collection based on revision books, story books, novels, newspapers. The library has computers with internet; a junior and adult section in 3 rooms and can take 40-60 patrons. Have PWD access. Have power issues, need more shelves and have leaking roof. This library has a mobile library program to circulate books with the local users and local schools.
