This library is located in Rumuruti Town, Laikipia County.

The building was initially a beer shop, later turned into a nursery school after a while the county took it over and handed the building to KNLS in 2006 and that's when the library was founded.

This is a well equipped library open from 8am - 5pm on weekdays and 9am - 1pm on weekends.

The collection is composed mostly of newspapers, educational, curriculum,journals and an online collection.
