Is located in Naro Moru Town along Nairobi Nanyuki Highway. This library can host 150 patrons.

The library is open from 8 am - 6:30 pm on weekdays and from 8 am - 5 pm on Saturdays. The collection is composed of journals, school books, newspapers, and novels. They have a few braille books with a PWD access ramp.
