This library is located in Kibwezi,Kibwezi- Kitui Road next to KCB in Kibwezi Township. This library is very well stocked with school books, refrence books, novels and children's books. There is a dedicated beautiful children's section well equiped with toys and furniture to cater for the young library users.

This library is stocked with few braille books and JAWS reader with PWD access possible due to the level ground. The library has a multimedia room where they are able to play different media. They utilise solar energy to generate electricity for the library use.
