This library was opened in 1982 and its library compound is well maintained, however no sign post from the main road showing there is a library there.

The library is well organised, there is a librarian at the entrance to allow in users.

There is no accessibility provided, however when and PWDs visits the library they are assisted by the librarians.

They use KOHA system to ensure lending is done correctly, it also helps with classification and membership application.

Besides this, the library has toys, computers, currently working with Kispigis museum to acquire artefacts for display in the library.
