This library is located in Karatina Town, near Karatina University, Town Campus. This is a medium sized library that can take 230 patrons with a vibrant junior and adult section within 2 spaces.

The library is open from 8am to 6:30pm on weekdays and 8:30am - 5pm on Saturday. The collection is based on children's books, fiction/non-fiction books, research books, journals, magazines and newspapers.
