This libary is located on Kisumu -Kakamega Rd, Kakamega off Muruli Road , Behind Mwalimu Centre.

This library can hold 500 users and is open from Monday -Friday 8:00am-6:30pm.Saturday 8:30-5:00pm.

There is a daily access fee of KES 20/-. The collection is based on archives, a digital collection, journals and newspapers.
