This library is located in Rabuor along the Kisumu Nairobi Highway.

The library shares a compound with the Kadibo area Police station.

The library is open from 8 am - 5 pm on weekdays and 9 am - 6 pm on Saturdays. 

The library is selectively open to the public for free.

The collection is based on course books on business, science, social sciences, and e-resources namely a Nation and Standard e-newspaper subscription.

They have no computers, internet access, or a braille collection. The library has an accessible ramp and can accomodate 70 patrons.
