This library is located in Kitale Town, opposite Jack and Jill Primary School which is in a cool place near Kitale Forest behind the golf club. The library is open from 8am - 6pm on weekdays and 9am - 1pm on weekends.

This library is not open to public.

The collection based on health,nursing books college course books and novels.

The library has computers with internet access.

There is no PWD collection.

This is a big library that can take 300 patrons with PWD access.

They have limited access for Mount Kenya University students and have reading villas outside.
