The library was founded in 2009 by Milesa from Spain and it had a name change to Kakemer Community Resource Centre. The library operates from 9am - 5pm on Monday to Friday. This is a small library with its collection having academic books and novels. There is little furniture and 2 computers. The library is heavily used even when the schools were closed.
