This library is located in Manyatta Estate on the outskirts of Kisumu Town.

The library is an adaptation of a home verandah to a community library space.

The library is open mostly in the evenings and school holidays from 9 am - 6 pm. The library is selectively open to the public for free.

The collection is based on school books as they mostly serve school-going children.

The library offers programs that nurture the talent of its users. The library can accommodate 50 patrons.
