This library is located in Bungoma Town along Moi Avenue.

This library can accommodate 80 users and it operates from 8 am -5 pm on weekdays and from 8 am - 1 pm on Saturdays.

This library is not open to the public. The collection is based on course books, journals, newspapers, and reference books.
