This library is located in Kisumu Town on Ochieng Avenue.

The library is open from 8 am - 5 pm on weekdays and 9 am - 6 pm on Saturday. 

The library is open to the public and with a 20/- daily access fee. The collection is based on course books on business, science, social sciences and e-resources namely a Nation and Standard e-newspaper subscription.

They have computers with internet access but no braille collection. The library has an accessible ramp and lavatory and it's a big space that can accommodate 100 patrons.
