This library is located in Mandera town next to meteorological depertment. This is Kenya's northern most library. This library can host 60 users and acts as a community library opens from 8:30am - 5pm and to the public at a KES 20/- fee.

Its collection is based on fiction books ,historical books both adult and junior sections, language books and religious books.
