This library is located in Embu town along Nairobi Meru Highway near Huduma Centre Embu.

The library can hold 500 users and is a public library that charges KES 20/- open from 8:30am to 6:30pm.

It is a somewhat old library opened in 1973. It has a collection composed of story books, course books, research and reference books and a braille collection. It's an important resource to the community being the only public library in the entire County.
