Located in Voi Town, opposite Voi Law Courts. Open to the public at a fee of 20/- KES. Open from 8-6:30pm on weekdays and 8:30-5pm on Saturday. Collection is based on normal KNLS collection. Is a big ibrary that can take 100 people. Have no PWD collection, sign language classes and accessible ramp.Have computers and internet services. Have ICT centre that can serve 15 people. No archive.
